On a meandering highway in the Palouse that connects Pullman and Lewiston, an artisan bakery, gothic church and old-fashioned saloon often pull visitors out of their cars in Uniontown; but it’s the vintage Dahmen barn surrounded by more than 1,000 wagon wheels that makes travelers remember this historic farming community. Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is located along highway 195 in Uniontown in the heart of the Palouse country. This landmark structure is just sixteen miles south of Pullman.
